Mandatory Processing Exemptions

Under DPDP Act Section 7(c), certain data processing is mandatory under law (e.g., SEBI shareholder data, RBI KYC, AML requirements) and cannot be revoked. Such systems are clearly marked as exempt with regulatory references.
