DPDP Act Grievance Redressal Mechanism
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides a two-tier grievance redressal mechanism:
- Tier 1 - Internal Resolution: Your complaint is first handled by the Data Fiduciary's Grievance Officer
- Tier 2 - Data Protection Board of India (DPBI): If internal resolution is unsatisfactory, you can escalate to DPBI

You can file a grievance related to consent violation, data breach, unauthorized data processing, data subject rights not honored, data quality issues, excessive data collection, retention violations, unauthorized third-party sharing, children's data violations, or cross-border transfer violations.
