Children's Data Protection
In compliance with Section 9 of the DPDP Act, Complynz does not knowingly process personal data of children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. Our platform implements the following safeguards for children's data protection:
- Verifiable parental consent is required before processing any personal data of children under 18 years of age, as mandated by Section 9 of DPDP Act
- We do not engage in tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children
- No detailed profiling of children is conducted through our services
- If we become aware that personal data of a child has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data
